The short version: the free tools run entirely in your browser, so we never see the documents or data you put into them. We use cookieless, anonymous analytics to understand which pages and tools are useful. That's about it.
Your documents and data
Everything you type or upload into the free tools — invoices, credit notes, recipient lists, JSON files — is processed locally in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to our servers, stored, or shared. Once you close the page, it's gone unless you saved the PDF yourself.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites. It tells us things like which pages are visited and when a tool is used or a link is clicked — never the content you put into a tool. We don't build profiles and we don't sell or share any of this.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes standard technical request data (such as IP addresses) to serve the site securely and reliably.
If you email us — for example to ask about early access — we keep the correspondence so we can reply and follow up. We don't add you to any list, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Given the above, the honest answer is usually "just your emails, if you wrote to us" — but you're always welcome to ask at hello@sarodel.com.
